Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowerDrop mobile app, the FlowerDrop website, and the related store, driver, and admin services (the "Service"), operated by FlowerDrop Logistics ("FlowerDrop", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

FlowerDrop is a same-day delivery platform for flower shops and other local stores. Stores create delivery orders, FlowerDrop dispatches them to drivers, and drivers pick up and deliver the orders. The Service includes order tracking, route planning, proof of delivery, notifications, and invoicing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by trying to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with the Service’s operation, reverse engineering the app, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". Delivery times, routes, and arrival estimates are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, and other conditions. We may change, suspend, or stop parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new revision date; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlowerDrop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Canadian province in which FlowerDrop Logistics is registered and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
