Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how FlowerDrop ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the FlowerDrop mobile app and related store, driver, and admin services (the "Service").

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

How We Share Information

We share delivery-relevant information (such as pickup/drop-off address and contact details) between the store, the assigned driver, and the customer as needed to complete a delivery. We use third-party service providers, including Mapbox (mapping and routing), Firebase (push notifications), and Cloudinary (photo storage), to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain account and delivery information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When you delete your account (see below), it is immediately deactivated and can no longer be logged into; delivery records tied to your account may be retained afterward where needed for invoicing, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Your Choices

You can disable location, camera, or photo library access at any time in your device settings, though this may limit certain features of the app (for example, drivers need location access to navigate and confirm pickup routes). Drivers and stores can delete their own account directly in the app, from their profile/settings screen, at any time (subject to finishing any in-progress deliveries first). You can also request deletion by contacting us below.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
